Have you noticed this new feature in ChatGPT? "Set your custom instructions" Have you set up your own instructions? Have you found it helpful?

I gave this new ChatGPT custom instructions feature a go and here's a video of what it does in case you're curious. 

Fine tune your ChatGPT experience

ChatGPT has a new custom "instructions" form in the settings. You can add some background information in there that will be added automatically to each chat to give it more context.
